Hi my name is Matt and I have been working with small office home office clients for about 15 years. I enjoy coming along side of and helping people with their Information Technology needs, so they can focus on what they do best.
I worked with a commercial real estate property management business handling much of their IT needs for three offices, including a large high rise building in downtown San Diego, California. For that high rise, I provided IT support for the property management office, engineering office, security station, handled an equipment data transfer to a new software for engineering, and facilitated computer setup and use for a department of energy project relating to energy efficiency with an aspect of the building.
I was involved with setting up investors and tenant business owners with proprietary software to view different types of information. I handled support for different software, servers, backup, firewall, routers, switches, email server, and alternate forms of connections. Also IT on call support was provided for all aspects of the business: accounting, human resources, maintenance, and investment due diligence.
After one year I began to be referred to and do work for tenant business owners, some of whom then asked for IT needs at their home or home office. This eventually turned into a business.
I am A+, and MCP Certified, have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, which has helped me to have a broad understanding of business needs, and also have had much course work in Information Technology. I have had experience working in and with management and have experience working with different forms of information technology.
I am Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Certified.
I have extensive experience with Google Office Products.
