For the Small Office Home Office we Provide Effective On Time Reasonably Priced Information Technology Support With Integrity
Our philosophy is that we are available only when you need us, helping to keep your IT costs under control.
PRICING and ESTIMATES
We provide a free estimate of work, and work begins when we each agree.
Hourly rate is $50/hr. that starts at a 1 hour minimum only when estimate is agreed upon.
Flat rate is based on project definition and will be proposed within an estimate. This can effectively cap the cost of work on an IT project.
Estimates are just that an estimate. We assess tasks and projects as best as we can, and set out to complete all work agreed upon.
If other solutions are needed that were not part of an original estimate, then we communicate with you what choices there are, and any costs associated, so we can discuss together what action to take.
BILLING
We will bill via email billing invoicing.
On the billing invoice you will see parts or equipment cost, or both.
We write general comments to document work done.
Total costs will be shown along with any discounts if applied.
PAYMENT ACCEPTED
Our Preferred method of payment is with: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All are available via Secure Email Billing Invoicing.
Check via USPS Mail are accepted (ask for address please) or on site. Maximum check accepted is $100. Checks over $100 require a signed agreement to pay.
Payment is due upon receipt unless noted differently on invoice.
RECEIPT OF PAYMENT
A receipt of payment will be sent to your email for your records.
